Man'oucheh is a modern Lebanese restaurant in Cairo, Egypt. The menu fuses classic and modern cuisine.

Design a food menu that reflects the fusion of classic and modern Lebanese cuisine. The menu should draw from the visual identity of Man'oucheh including colors from the old menu and the typefaces used.

Some items on the old menu are no longer offered, and some new items have been added. The menu was redesigned to accommodate the new items while maintaining a cohesive layout. The design process involved iterating on the layout and typography to create a visually appealing and easy-to-read menu that reflects the brand's identity.

Every page in the menu represents one category of food items. Every category has a unique color that is used for the title/header background. The layout is designed to accommodate the varying number of items in each category while maintaining a consistent visual hierarchy. Most photos of the food items were available to use. In addition, photos of new food items were taken to include in the menu.
